Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AURI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AURI. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

AURI is an AI-powered relational companion provided by REAL E3 Systems Oy. AURI is currently offered as a free, invitation-only pilot. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future with reasonable advance notice.

AURI is not a medical service, mental health treatment, crisis intervention service, or emergency service. It is a relational AI companion with safety-oriented governance.

3. Pilot Status

AURI is currently in pilot. This means:

• The service may be updated, changed, or interrupted without advance notice
• Features may change during the pilot period
• We are actively gathering feedback to improve the service
• Service level guarantees do not apply during the pilot

4. Acceptable Use

You may use AURI for lawful, personal, non-commercial conversation and support.

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or probe AURI's governance or safety systems
• Use AURI to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools to interact with AURI at scale
• Attempt to extract proprietary architecture information
• Use the service if you are under 16 years of age

5. Your Content and Data

Your conversation content belongs to you. We claim no ownership over what you say.

To operate and improve AURI, your conversation is processed by third-party AI providers and stored on our EU servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data, and you can request deletion at any time (info@real-e3systems.fi).

6. Intellectual Property

AURI's governance architecture, field measurement system, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of REAL E3 Systems Oy, protected by Finnish patent applications 20265235 and 20265316.

7. Disclaimers

AURI is provided "as is" during the pilot period. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law:

• We make no warranty that the service will be error-free or continuously available
• AURI's responses are AI-generated and may be imperfect
• AURI is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or crisis support

AURI is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services (112 in Finland) or a crisis line immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish consumer law, REAL E3 Systems Oy's liability is limited to direct damages caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for mandatory consumer rights under Finnish law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts. Finnish consumer users retain all rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
